Faven Lighting Resource Drive- Raffle Participation Agreement

This Agreement ("Agreement") is made effective as of the date of entry into the raffle ("Effective Date") by and between the participant ('Participant', ‘raffle winner’, 'you’, 'winner') and FLC Distribution LLC DBA Faven Lighting ("Organizer", ‘Faven Lighting’, ‘the Company’, 'Company', 'us', or 'we').

Eligibility Requirements
The Participant must be a legal resident of the United States of America.  The Participant must be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entering the raffle. The Participant agrees to comply with all eligibility requirements set forth by the Organizer, including, but not limited to, providing a valid email receipt to the Organizer’s designated email address (mailto:info@favenlighting.com). The Participant acknowledges that the prize awarded must be claimed within five (5) business days following notification of winning.

Terms of Service
Participation in the raffle constitutes adherence of the Organizer's terms of service agreement, which are binding upon any participation and donations that are made.

Prize Verification Requirements
Prior to the administration of the prize, the raffle winner ("Winner") agrees to provide Faven Lighting with specific bench specifications, along with photographic verification of the bench length. The prize will only be granted if all requirements outlined in this Agreement and any additional requirements specified by the Organizer are fulfilled.

Forfeiture of Prize
In the event that the Winner does not contact Faven Lighting or respond to communications from Faven Lighting within five (5) business days of being notified of winning, the Participant agrees to forfeit their entitlement to the prize. Upon forfeiture, Faven Lighting reserves the right to repeat the raffle and award the prize to an alternate winner.

Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California.

The Participant hereby agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement by their entry into the raffle.
