A TRANSPARENT PORTAL INTO FAVEN'S R&D FACILITY

The Mom Room serves as the library of genetics, housing up to 20 strains and supplying the production cuts used throughout the facility.

The Veg Room uses a multi-tier setup where Faven Chroma lights are inverted and used as top lights to test vegetative efficacy, speed rooting, and influence plant structure in 2-gallon and 3-gallon pots.

Room 1 is a 28-light room equipped with full-spectrum High Bay LEDs and Faven Chroma under-canopy lights. It acts as a twin room to Room 2, allowing the team to run identical trials under LED top lighting and compare results directly against HPS.

It is a primary research space for testing under-canopy lighting strategies, Far Red applications, and other cultivation variables.

Room 2 is a 28-light room equipped with traditional HPS top lighting and Faven under-canopy lights. Designed as a twin to Room 1, it allows the researchers to isolate the impact of top-light technology on crop performance, plant development, and cultivation outcomes.

Room 3 is a 15-light hybrid HPS/LED room designed to test cultivation strategies under mixed-light conditions. It also includes a dedicated tester bench with 3 LED top lights used to evaluate new genetics and identify promising cultivars.

Room 4 is a full-spectrum multi-bar LED room designed to mimic low-clearance and double-tier cultivation environments with a strict 5-foot tray-to-light height restriction.

It serves as a testing ground for under-canopy light-orientation trials, intensity management, and canopy development techniques under height constraints.
